The Best Buy in Rockville had a midnight release for Fallout 3. It was a huge crowd and a lot of fun. I even got my picture taken with Lynda Carter – it was AWESOME! I also got a copy of the Penny Arcade designed poster signed by some of the developers, and a pip-boy keychain. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday.

The pics from the weekend trip to Delaware are up here.
We hadn’t trained enough recently to do the bike ride, so we drove out instead.
The weekend was great. We visited the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge, ate at the Stoney Lonen Pub, and Jon and Sarah even got a new kayak.

Sarah got her kayak this weekend. Unfortunately I had just taken the roof rack off the car. The carry-kit worked well, but we did have to adjust the straps to put twists in them to prevent vibration and road noise.
