This place has the BEST wraps. I get the veggie wrap: hummus, lettuce, tomato, tebouleh, black olives, spicy eggplant and hot peppers on a pita and then toasted. Mmmmm…..

The first day up at the Ottawa office is going well. Should be an interesting week. The drive up was very uneventful. There were a few more cars than usual at the border crossing into Canada, but the traffic otherwise seemed no heavier than usual. The hotel I’m staying at no longer gives passes for the local gym, so I’ll just be doing a little jogging along the canal while trying not to hurt my knee too much more than it already is. It still hasn’t recovered from the half marathon, so my hopes of running a fall marathon are quickly fading away.
