Subscribe to PostsWent with the family to Strasburg, PA to ride the trains and visit the train museums and model train layouts. It was a terrific day, and the pics are up here. We were celebrating Ben’s birthday (a little belated because of work scheduling conflicts) and we all had a really enjoyable day.
In other news, I ran 3 miles yesterday, and am still doing pretty good with the knee strap. I need to ice it more frequently though, as it’s a little sore today. Perhaps I should take a day or two off from running…
